A one-day facilitation skills workshop for a consultancy which deals in economic and social development. The participants were of mixed levels of experience and confidence, so the training ranged from basics to discussion of finer points, such as when facilitating could better be described as covert influencing! The workshop provided them with both new techniques and an opportunity to practise them in a safe environment.
