A course of two half-day coaching sessions for an individual in her first copywriting job. Her job was to create all the material for the Rated People website and newsletter, in order to raise brand awareness and persuade people to use the service. Finding the right voice for Rated People was proving a bigger challenge than anticipated.

After the training, she was able to approach research in a more effective and motivated way, and to translate raw research into useful copy for the website and newsletter.

The outcome was a punchier newsletter in the following month, which reached its target audience, and generated approximately 200 new jobs for Rated People as a direct result.
