A one day facilitation skills workshop for consultants within a public sector organisation. These individuals were frequently charged with facilitating negotiations between opposed interest groups (e.g. landlords and tenant groups), or on topics over which their group participants had greater expertise than they had personally. The workshop provided them with both new techniques and an opportunity to practise them in a safe environment.
