Case study

National Youth Agency

A half day workshop for award-winning young tech entrepreneurs, who have developed new ideas for building a sustainable future within the The Environment Now programme.

The group needed to develop their communication skills so they could take their innovations to the next level. The goal was to win the confidence and financial support of investors. Within the session, they had support in putting together a short pitch which they practiced delivering to their peers.

What they say

“Karen delivered an excellent pitching and presentation skills training session to our group of young entrepreneurs (aged 20-24). Trainers we’ve had in the past, have been anxious to work with young people, but Karen came across as understanding, friendly and motivational, giving the young people the time to reflect on their presentations and delivery as well as giving them tips on how to improve.
Her group work techniques helped the group bond together and form connections, making themselves feel more at ease with each other and in their presentations.
Our young people have enormously benefited from this workshop for their future investor pitching as well as publically speaking at event or conferences.
I would highly recommend hiring Karen as a trainer if you need help on pitching and presenting in front of an audience or for a very important speech.”
