Increasingly, we are collaborating with business partners within other cultures and even other languages. It’s essential to find common ground while staying alert to the possible pitfalls.
These courses provide an opportunity to practice communicating in a range of situations, to get feedback, and to build confidence. The focus can be written or spoken communication, and can incorporate a range of objectives such as: handling the stress of working abroad; leading teams of mixed cultures; or influencing people of different cultures than your own.
The training can be tailored for those speaking English as a second language, or for native English speakers using another language.
